Mr. Tang Yiu Sing, Stan – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tang Yiu Sing, has over 10 years of experience in corporate management and property investment. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stan Group (Holding) Limited (“Stan Group”), a company engaged in various businesses such as restaurant operation, hotel management, marketing, property investment, storage, wedding planning services and financing, and is responsible for the corporate strategic planning and overall business development of the company. Mr. Tang is the Honorary Chairman of the Association for Hong Kong Catering Services Management Ltd, a member of Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization, Secretary of Lions Club of Metropolitan Hong Kong and a Director of Innovative Entrepreneur Association. Mr. Tang obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 2014.
Ms. Chang Men Yee, Carol – Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Chang, holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States of America. After working in the United States for 2 years, she came back to Hong Kong and joined EPRO Systems Ltd in 1988 in marketing computer systems software. She started working for Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd in 1991 and was promoted to General Manager of the Company in 1994, Chief Operating Officer in 2003. Throughout the years, Ms Chang is chiefly responsible for managing the overall Hong Kong contact centre service business in terms of sales, business development as well as operation. In 2008, Ms. Chang was appointed as the Executive Director of Epro Group, the holding company of Epro Telecom Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Suen Fuk Hoi, Eric – Finance Controller
Mr. Suen, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from The Open University of Hong Kong and has obtained the associated membership of HKICPA since 1998. He had worked in a US listed company in Hong Kong for more than seven years before joining Epro Group in 2003. He now specializes in the Group's financial system development, treasury, consolidation and financial management.
Mr. Yu Yeuk Sze, Kenneth – General Manager, IT
Mr.
Yu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from
the City University of Hong Kong and is a Project Management
Professional credential holder. Before joining Epro in 2003, he has
over 10 years of experience in IT system development, network
infrastructure design and operation support; with more than 8 years
worked in HK and US listed companies. Mr. Yu possesses strong technical
and project management skills, and is now in charge of the IT
department of Epro.
Mr. Cheung Chi Tat – Software Development Manager
Mr.
Cheung Chi Tat, Software Support Manager, holds Higher Diploma in
Electricity and Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He had served in Star Paging and obtained vast experience in pager and
digital television software development before joined Epro in 1990. Mr.
Cheung has over 18 years of software development experience, is now
mainly in charge of the continual development and enhancement of
WISE-xb contact centre System Solution and related projects.
Mr. Siu Man On, Cino – Head of Corporate Finance and Planning
Mr.
Siu holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in
Australia. He has been a member of Certified Practising Accountant
Australia since 2007 and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of
Certified Public Accountants since 2008. Before joining ETS Group in
2009, he worked in some sizable accounting firms as an audit accountant.
Mr. Siu is now in charge of the Corporate Finance and Planning Department.
