Chang Men Yee, Carol (Chief Operating Officer)
Ms. Chang is the Chief Operating Officer of the Group and also one of the pioneer staff of the company since 1991. Ms. Chang is responsible for managing the overall business, overseeing the daily operation and developing business strategies that leads to sustainable growth of the Group. Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States of America.
Suen Fuk Hoi, Eric (Financial Controller)
Mr. Suen is the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of the Group, and is responsible for the overall financial planning and reporting of the company. He joined the Group in 2003, and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Open Leaning institute of Hong Kong (now known as The Open University of Hong Kong) in 1995. Mr. Suen is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1999 and an associate of the Association of International Accountants since 1998.
Yu Yeuk Sze, Kenneth (General Manager, IT)
Mr. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now known as City University of Hong Kong) and is a certified Project Management Professional. Prior to joining Epro in 2003, he has over a decade of experience in IT system development, network infrastructure design, and operational support for companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Yu currently leads the IT Department of the Group, and is responsible for overseeing a variety of projects and initiatives that drive the company’s technological advancements.
Pak Wai Lam, Frank (Sales Manager)
Mr. Pak is the Sales Manager of the Group. He joined the Group in 2003 and is responsible for driving revenue growth for our contact centre business by leading the sales activities, managing key accounts and working closely with the operation teams to align sales targets and delivery of quality services. Mr. Pak obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2002. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Pak worked in the telecom industry and has over 30 years of experience in business development.
Cheung Chi Tat (Software Development Manager)
Mr. Cheung is our Software Development Manager and also one of the pioneer staff of the Group. He holds a Higher Diploma in Electricity and Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University). Prior to joining Epro in 1990, Mr. Cheung worked at Star Paging and has extensive experience in system design and software development. Mr. Cheung is responsible to lead the Research and Development Team of the Group for the continuous development of our proprietary Marvel Contact Centre System and related projects.
Chan Lok Man, Raymond (Talent Acquisition Manager)
Mr. Chan joined the Group in 2009 and is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager for staff acquisition operation. He has extensive experience in call centre services and is responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategy as well as managing the full cycle of recruiting process. Mr. Chan obtained a Master of Science degree in Enterprise Management from University of Warwick in 2025 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Enterprise from University College Birmingham in 2022.
